Minnesota Housing FHPAP Provider Split

As of July 1, 2017, FHPAP ServicePoint providers will be divided into two types of activities: Housing Prevention and Housing Assistance. This is to more accurately align FHPAP project activities with their project types, ensure HUD compliance, and to better measure activities and outcomes in HMIS.  ICA and Minnesota Housing are working closely on this project and will have training materials and both webinar and in-person trainings (as needed) prior to July 1. If your agency is affected by this change, you will be notified of the additional provider numbers you will need to use in HMIS. ICA System Administrators will be reaching out to FHPAP Advisory Meetings from now through the end of June to briefly discuss this change.  We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this FHPAP transition!
