March Helpdesk and User Training Staffing

The National Human Services Data Consortium (NHSDC) spring conference is happening in Minneapolis this year, and ICA staff will be attending and presenting! We hope to see many of you there. That said, since many of us will be attending this event, our Helpdesk and User Training services will be reduced from March 28th – April 1st.

The Helpdesk and User Training will be closed on Wednesday, March 30th. We will be open on March 28th, 29th, 31st, and April 1st, but we will have reduced staffing. Due to this, we ask that you plan ahead if you know you have a deadline that you may need support for, or new staff who will need to go through User Training. During this week, please expect Helpdesk and User Training replies to take longer than usual.
