HMIS Project Request Process

In our last newsletter, we announced the 2019 Annual Priorities, approved by the HMIS Governing Board in November. 

Since then, we’ve added several key resources to the Projects page of hmismn.org to help explain the project review process created by ICA and the Policy & Prioritization Committee (P&P) of the Board. Available resources now include:

• A step-by-step description of how an idea becomes an approved and completed project (visual included).
• The Prioritization Tool used by P&P to score projects.
• The 2019 Annual Priorities and the feedback process used to shape them.
• A live list of active projects.

We will continue to add to the Projects page as we continue to refine our project process. If you have any questions about this process or would like to get involved with project review, we encourage you to join the P&P Committee! Meeting times and contact information can be found here.
