Fun Facts on HMIS Use

Do you wonder whether your peers are using the new HMIS yet or what the size of our HMIS is now?

As of December 2024, there are approximately 1400 active users in ClientTrack; 1100 of those are returning users who were active in our previous system, 300 are new to HMIS. Before the transition, there were 1500 active users.  

There are 1900 active projects, this is 231 fewer than Community Services but this is a positive thing! The reduced number is due mostly to merging two or more projects into one during the migration. That's less for our users to juggle.

There are 264 agencies that participate in HMIS, this is up from approximately 250 this time last year.
