FHPAP Quarter 1 Reports Due November 8th

FHPAP Reports are due to Minnesota Housing Financing Agency on Friday, November 8th for the first quarter of the new biennium. For a full reporting schedule, please visit Minnesota Housing’s FHPAP page.

All FHPAP funded Prevention programs should be completing the MN Prevention Assessment Tool (M-PAT) and submitting a report this quarter. M-PAT reporting instructions can be found in the M-PAT Instruction Guide on our website under Training & Support >Forms & Instructions.
