FHPAP Prevention Assessment Tool in HMIS July 1st

The2019-2021 biennium for FHPAP is upon us and starts on July 1st. The Prevention Assessment Tool is being implemented in HMIS and will be live forthe start of the new biennium on July 1st, 2019.

The Prevention Assessment Tool is currently being used by Prevention providers across the state for FHPAP prevention services. Agencies have had the opportunity to test the tool, provide feedback to MHFA and begin using scores to look at client eligibility.The Prevention Assessment Tool will be required by all Prevention providers to be completed in HMIS after July 1st. ICA will hold a webinar in June for training on completing the tool in HMIS. Details to come soon!
