ESG-CV Reporting Season Is Here!

The next round of ESG-CV quarterly reporting is upon us! This report period covers

• Quarter: October 1-December 31, 2020

• Cumulative: any time prior to that for projects that started prior to October – December 31, 2020

What does this mean for agencies with ESG-CV projects?

• You DO NOT need to submit a CAPER or any other report to a funder. It is the responsibility of the Cities, Counties, and/or DHS OEO to work with the HMIS Lead (ICA) to submit a CAPER that combines all the funded projects.

• You DO need to make sure you have completed client data entry for your projects and have checked that for completion and accuracy.

  • To do this, you should still use the CAPER in ServicePoint.

  • For instructions on running the CAPER and utilizing it to check for data quality issues, follow the instructions in the ESG User Guide, starting on page 7.

  • Make sure all your data is entered and accurate by Friday, January 15, 2021.

• If you provided services through an ESG-CV project during the time period stated above and you have not reached out to ICA to set up a provider, please contact the Helpdesk immediately.

• If you have other questions about completing your data entry or running the CAPER for data quality checks, contact the Helpdesk as soon as possible.
