DHS-OEO THP Annual Reporting Deadline is August 15th and New Follow-up Summary Report
The annual reporting deadline for DHS-OEO THP projects is August 15th, 2021 for the reporting period from 07/01/2020 – 06/30/21. Reports should be run and submitted directly to DHS OEO.
Reports due for DHS-OEO THP projects:
MIN-01-SAG-030 - MN Core Homeless programs
SHP-32-DQR-289 - HYA and THP Follow-up Summary Detail**
**Please note that this report replaces the SHP-34-SAG-163 – THP Goals Follow-Up Counting and Detail report. Simply use the updated report for the next reporting period (and be sure to cancel any scheduled reports of earlier versions).
