DHS-OEO THP Goals Counting Report Change

The THP Goals counting report is now called the “THP Goals Follow-Up Counting and Detail” report. Please note that data collection requirements and procedures have not changed – the report was re-designed to give your funder a greater amount of detail about client Goals and their follow-ups. THP grantees should run this report as usual, and save as a PDF before emailing funder reports to DHS OEO by February 15th!
