DHS-OEO HYA YSH Semi-Annual Reporting Deadline is February 15th

The semi-annual reporting deadline for DHS-OEO HYA YSH projects is Friday, February 15th. The following reports should be run for the period from 7/1/2018 - 12/31/2018 and submittedto DHS:

• HYA YSH Demographics and Entry Counting

• HYA YSH Exits

• HYA YSH Follow-Up Summary Detail

• HYA YSH Income Counting

• HYA Outcomes

Reports can be found in the SSA >> 4. State Homeless Programs >> DHS OEO HYA folder in ART.
