DHS-OEO HYA Youth Supportive Housing Semi-Annual Reporting Deadline is February 15th

The semi-annual reporting deadline for DHS-OEO HYA YSH projects is February 15th, 2020. The following reports should be run for the period from 7/1/2019 – 12/31/2019:

• HYA YSH Demographics and Entry Counting

• HYA YSH Exits

• HYA YSH Follow-Up Summary Detail (Same report used for Data Quality)

• HYA YSH Income Counting

• HYA Outcomes

These reports can be found in the Public Folder >> SSA Report Gallery >> 4. State Homeless Programs >> DHS OEO HYA folder in ART.

As a reminder, this is the first reporting period that will look at HYA Baseline Outcomes data. For a refresher on the data entry required, please check out our past newsletter article about HYA Baseline Outcomes.
