DHS-OEO HYA and THP Programs Reporting Deadline is February 15th

The reporting deadline for DHS-OEO HYA and THP funded projects is February 15th, 2023 for the reporting period from 07/1/22 – 12/31/22. Reports should be run and submitted directly to Annie McCabe at DHS OEO, Ann.E.McCabe@state.mn.us.

Reports due for OEO HYA Emergency Shelter and Youth Supportive Housing projects:

• MIN-01-SAG-030 - MN Core Homeless programs

• SHP-32-SAG-046 - HYA Outcomes

Reports due for OEO THP projects:

• MIN-01-SAG-030 - MN Core Homeless Programs
