Changes are Coming to ShelterPoint

ICA was informed by the HMIS software vendor, WellSky, that some changes are coming to the ShelterPoint module in ServicePoint later this year. These changes are not immediate and will only impact agencies and HMIS users who rely on ShelterPoint. So, if your program doesn’t use ShelterPoint, scroll on!

ICA will be working closely with WellSky to develop a training plan and to implement the changes. You will hear more about the changes in the coming months. Stay tuned.
