Can I share HMIS data with non-HMIS staff at my agency?

Can I share HMIS data with non-HMIS staff at my agency?Please note that Minnesota's HMIS Data Privacy Notice (on the first page of the ROI packet) includes the following language:As such, HMIS users are able to share information in HMIS with non-HMIS users within the same agency in order to provide services (for example, case management).  This information may be shared in the form of screenshots or downloaded reports.  However, the sharing of passwords remains strictly prohibited.  Additionally, strict precautions must be taken to ensure that information extracted from HMIS is not shared with non-agency staff, including staff from other agencies.
