How to Check When the Last ART Refresh Occurred:While ART refreshes are scheduled to occur twice a day, we’ve been experiencing a 60% success rate for ART refreshes these past few weeks. ART refreshes are critical as they upload data that you enter into HMIS into our Advanced Reporting Tool (ART) to allow the data to be reportable. Without an ART refresh, when you go to run your reports you may notice that information that you had updated within the system isn't updating in your reports as you had expected. Note that ART refreshes do NOT impact canned ServicePoint reports like the APR, CAPER, or PATH report.You can check the date and time of the last ART Refresh (AKA Warehouse Build) on your own!1. Click "Connect to ART"2. Scroll past your ART Browser and Scheduled Reports sections.3. In the bottom left corner, you'll notice "Last Warehouse Build" with a date and time stamp. This is the date/time that you'll want to check to see if ART has had its latest refresh.
