We're Hiring for Three Positions - Application Deadline Extended!

ICA Minnesota is hiring three positions: 

HMIS Manager, Reporting & Evaluation – this role oversees our Data Analysts and Report Specialists.  

 The ideal candidate for the HMIS Manager is collaborative and visionary, grounded in research, evaluation, and data literacy principles, can help others do what they do best, can represent the organization with decorum, and think strategically.

HMIS Manager, System Administration – this role is one of two managers who jointly oversee our System Administration team.

The ideal candidate for the HMIS Manager, System Administration is highly organized, collaborative, and a strategic thinker. They are able to coach staff in prioritizing work in the face of competing demands and can help others do what they do best. They are a confident presenter and facilitator in both internal and external professional settings. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of data literacy, can translate technical concepts into plain language and make meaning of data in an accessible way. They will feel comfortable supervising technical experts whose experience may surpass their own.

Executive Assistant – this is a new administrative position. The Executive Assistant is responsible for facilitating the logistics of the HMIS Governing Board; and for coordinating and curating the Minnesota HMIS website and e-newsletter content, whose audience is HMIS users and partners in the homeless response system.  

 The ideal candidate enjoys helping other people’s work to flow; can facilitate dialogue and help others navigate ambiguity while staying grounded in a common purpose; and can organize high level thinking and summarize it.

All three roles will be Minnesota-based with hybrid work options.
