DHS HTHP Outcomes Report Revision

The DHS HTHP Outcomes Report that is used by HTHP projects has been revised to provide a clearer representation of quarterly data. If you submitted a report that was run prior to 1/10/18, ICA recommends that you run and submit your reports again using the revised version, found in the following location: Public Folder >> SSA Report Gallery (Funder Reports) (Secure) >> DHS HTHP (Youth Transitions) >> DHS HTHP Outcomes v2018.1An overview of the DHS HTHP Outcomes Report changes is provided below:

• Entry/Exits occurring outside the report date range should not be flagged as Missing on Review Due tab.
• Entry/Exits dated after the biennium should be highlighted in bright yellow on Detail tabs. (This is for checking incorrect data entry)
• Entry/Exits occurring outside the report date range should not be shown in the top Summary tab.
