APR and CAPER issues persist, preventing project submissions to Sage. WellSky, our software vendor, has determined the cause and will release a fix to the current version of ServicePoint. They have not yet provided a timeline.
ICA continues to be in contact with the HUD field office. If you have an upcoming deadline that may be impacted, we advise that you reach out to your funder(s) directly. In addition, please notify the Helpdesk at email@example.com so that we can document this for WellSky.
