We are preparing to roll out functionality from WellSky in the next couple of weeks that will allow you to reset your own password if you get locked out of HMIS! The catch? You must have a valid email address in the system for the process to work.
Please take a moment to review and/or update your information using the instructions below.
When you log into HMIS, first click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner. Then check the email and telephone boxes to see what email and number is currently on file. If they are not correct, please change them!
