Housing Support (GRH) Providers: Data Entry and Reporting

Housing Support (GRH) Providers have their first reporting period fast approaching. All Housing Support data must be inputted and errors corrected by 7/31/2018 for the time period of 11/1/2017 to 6/30/2018. It is important that you take time to get your data entered now – if you wait until the last minute, you may have issues with the reporting tools in the HMIS system. Recently, there have been issues with the Advanced Reporting Tool (ART) not pulling in updated data on schedule. ART is a crucial part of creating your final report as it helps to identify errors that exist in your data entry.
The deadline of July 31st allows ICA to send reports to DHS by 8/15/2018.

Housing Support providers will be using the newly created Core Report for their reporting purposes.  This can be found using the following path in ART: Public Folder -> SSA Report Gallery -> Core Report-ALPHA. Please note that the Core Report includes tabs to help you identify data quality issues (i.e., there is not a separate data quality report). We will be updating the Housing Support User Guides with more detailed instructions in the coming weeks; for now, please check out this link for some general information on running reports in ART.
