We’ve seen a recent uptick in Helpdesk questions from HMIS users who are noting that their email address has changed. If your email address has changed recently, please make sure to update it in your user profile in ServicePoint. If your email address is not up to date you will not be able to reset your own password, or receive emails through ServicePoint.
Please take a moment to review and/or update your information using the instructions below.
When you log into HMIS, first click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner. Then check the email and telephone boxes to see what email and number is currently on file. If they are not correct, please change them!
