Coordinated Entry Data Standards and Workflow Changes – User Training!

ICA is currently creating a new series of engaging and concise recorded training videos, along with detailed written instructions, to prepare your community to incorporate the new HUD CES Data Elements and workflow change going into effect in Minnesota on Monday, March 23, 2020.

Website Resources:

Due to the extremely large number of HMIS end users across the state, we anticipate many people will be trained through the recorded training video series that will be available on the website beginning on March 10, 2020.

So get ready! We recommend holding 90 minutes on your calendar  between March 10 and March 22, 2020 to watch and learn this new content. Any questions that come up regarding data entry and reporting for Coordinated Entry should be routed through our Helpdesk. We are prepared to promptly respond to your questions!

Webinars (Optional):

While we anticipate many HMIS users can and will utilize the recorded training video series and written instructions to learn about the new workflow and HUD data elements, we also wanted to be responsive to community requests to provide live webinars. The content will be exactly the same as the recorded training videos and written instructions, but will have a component where you can ask questions live via chat and watch our blunders as they happen (it’s live TV, folks).
