When we reviewed our Federal Fiscal Year 2019 data quality clean up results, we saw that most things had improved greatly, thanks to your hard work! Unfortunately, we are still seeing many Client Location errors. If Client Location is missing or incorrect, the client’s stay will be kicked out of LSA and SPM reports, resulting in an incorrect picture of the experience of homelessness in your CoC. Your RSA will be reaching out if there are client locations missing or in error for your agency/provider. If you do not receive any corrections, please take this as a quick reminder to ensure that you are regularly and correctly answering this very important data element!
