2017 Client Feedback Survey Results!

In efforts to understand how HMIS impacts the services clients are receiving and learning how we can improve the client experience, the MN HMIS Implementation Committee sent projects a survey to administer to clients for two weeks in late August.

From August 21st to September 1st, projects across all MN CoC’s administered a short survey to clients utilizing their services.
Questions pertained to whether clients were familiar with HMIS, how they felt about their personal information, and how HMIS has affected the intake process.

We plan to use this year’s survey administration process and results to inform future client feedback surveys.
